Choice IT Global Equipment Warranty
Choice IT Global LLC (Choice IT Global) believes the best way to demonstrate true commitment to quality and value is by offering our end-user clients an unprecedented industry leading standard serviceable lifetime warranty on all pre-owned OEM-branded network equipment, as well as all new DataLight Optics branded products. For dealers, resellers, brokers & distributors there is a 90 day warranty on all pre-owned OEM-branded equipment and a lifetime warranty on all DataLight Optics branded products. For other New compatible offerings from Choice IT Global there is a lifetime warranty for all customers (end-users and resellers).
Choice IT Global warrants that the Equipment sold to Buyer will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of such Equipment provided that the Equipment is properly used and maintained.
We will replace non-working or defective Equipment in accordance with the terms of our Warranty as set forth below.
For as long as our client owns the equipment, they will be 100% fully covered in the event of an equipment failure. During the warranty period, Choice IT Global will replace any defective Equipment, or if it is unable to locate a suitable replacement, Choice IT Global will repair the Equipment. If it is unable to do either, Choice IT Global will refund the purchase price to Buyer.
If you experience an equipment failure within one year of purchase, our technical engineering team will either solve your problem over the phone or email or approve an overnight advance replacement unit. Our advance replacement allows for replacement units to be sent before the original unit has left your location. There will be no wait for repair or return of original equipment and we cover freight for the replacement as well as the return within this 1-year time frame.
After the first year, and for as long as you own the equipment, if you experience an equipment failure, you can send the equipment back to Choice IT Global and we will repair or replace the equipment with the exact model, or a model with the same functionality within 7 business days of receipt.
This warranty does not apply to any failure of the Equipment as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, environmental factors, improper installation or configuration, flood, fire or other natural disasters, physical damage, electrical issues such as lightning, power surges or incorrect electrical voltages, or improper modifications.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the Equipment (“Buyer”).
This warranty does not apply to any new OEM branded equipment for which Choice IT Global is an authorized reseller or any new OEM branded equipment acquired for resale by Choice IT Global from an authorized reseller.
As part of our lifetime warranty, Choice IT Global offers free two-way ground shipping when you use our carriers.

How to open claim:
Buyer may open a warranty claim by contacting the Choice IT Global support desk via phone at 833-246-4238 or electronically at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Buyer must ship the defective Equipment back to Choice IT Global unless otherwise agreed upon. Buyer must do so within ten days of receipt of Replacement Equipment or refund, whichever is applicable. If Buyer fails to return the defective Equipment, and if Choice IT Global issued Buyer a credit for the defective Equipment, Choice IT Global may cancel the credit. If Buyer fails to return the defective Equipment, and if Choice IT Global sent Replacement Equipment, Buyer shall be liable for the cost of such Replacement Equipment and Choice IT Global shall invoice Buyer accordingly.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Configuration of the product.
- Damage or inoperability due to improper installation.
- Failures caused by improper handling, mistreatment, fluid spills, accident, flood, act of God, lightning, power surges, incorrect electrical voltage (over/under-voltage), electrical stress.
- Product that has been modified by anyone other than the manufacturer or Choice IT Global
- Product that has been used for any purpose not intended or authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
- Software products, Batteries, Headsets, Licenses, Phones, Disk Drives, and any other Service or Warranty Agreements, or items that were sold to the end user customer on behalf of Choice IT Global by a third party.
- Product(s) purchased in wholesale transactions.
You agree to operate and maintain the equipment according to the specifications and recommendations provided by the equipment manufacturer, including but not limited to: proper voltage conditioning to prevent damage from surges and brownouts, adequate ventilation and cleaning to prevent component overheating, and operation and storage within specified temperature parameters.
Original buyer: The company, individual, organization, school/school district, government entity listed as the buyer on the Choice IT Global invoice.
The Lifetime Warranty applies to the original buyer and is not transferrable.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY CHOICE IT GLOBAL IN WRITING, CHOICE IT GLOBAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH REGARD TO THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, SUITABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE REMEDY OF REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, AS DETERMINED IN CHOICE IT GLOBAL SOLE DISCRETION, WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY OF BUYER WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS BASED ON THE EQUIPMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHOICE IT GLOBAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR GOODS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF DATA.
THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE SET FORTH ABOVE TERMINATES UPON THE SALE OR TRANSFER OF THE EQUIPMENT BY BUYER TO ANOTHER PARTY.
Choice IT Global is an independent provider of Cisco equipment. Choice IT Global is neither a partner, nor affiliated with Cisco Systems. Choice IT Global can not guarantee SmartNet eligibility nor Cisco warranty and will not accept returns based on SmartNet eligibility, eligibility for software updates or eligibility for use of license. Any warranty would run through Choice IT Global, and the warranty is on the hardware only, not on the software or license.
For all other OEM's in which Choice IT Global is not a partner of, Choice IT Global can not guarantee support or maintenance eligibility nor OEM warranty and will not accept returns based on support or maintenance eligibility, eligibility for software updates or eligibility for use of license. Any warranty would run through Choice IT Global, and the warranty is on the hardware only, not on the software or license.
You may return Equipment within thirty (30) days of the date on which you received the Equipment subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price for such Equipment, plus all shipping costs associated with the sale of such equipment including shipment from Choice IT Global supplier(s) to Choice IT Global, shipment from Choice IT Global to customer, and shipment from customer back to Choice IT Global. You must return such Equipment in the same condition it was in when it was initially delivered to you.

Software, maintenance contracts, support contracts, warranty contracts and other special-order items may not be returned.
CHOICE IT GLOBAL LLC PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Seller guarantees that equipment is Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authentic, non-counterfeit product with unique serial numbers. Any equipment that does not conform to this will be returned to sender and be refunded by seller.
Seller warrants that they have title, free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances of any kind to all product on this Purchase Agreement and that title shall vest in Purchaser upon receipt and acceptance by Purchaser. Seller further warrants that all equipment is authentic and meets OEM specifications and has OEM unique serial numbers.
Seller warrants that they have legally obtained the equipment and that any end-user that legally obtains the equipment from Choice IT Global LLC will have a legal right to use the product and any associated software within that product. If it is found that end-user CAN NOT legally use the purchased equipment or software within that product, the seller warrants that product can be returned by purchaser for a full refund.

Please note that shipping/freight costs are not included on most quotes unless stated. Shipping/Freights costs may be added to the final invoice.
Credit Card & Paypal Fees:
For dealers, resellers, brokers & distributors located in the USA there is a 3.0% Paypal Fee added to your invoice for any payments made from Paypal.
For dealers, resellers, brokers & distributors located outside of the USA there is a 5.0% Paypal Fee added to your invoice for any payments made from Paypal.
For dealers, resellers, brokers & distributors located in the USA and out of the USA there is a 3.5% Credit Card Fee added to your invoice for any payments made from Credit Card.
